Middle-aged Annie's( Kristen Wiig ) best friend Lillian( Maya Rudolph) will hold her wedding ceremony soon. Lillian asks Annie to be her maid of honor because they have been very close friends since they were children. Without any doubt, Annie accepts the request. However, Helen( Rose Byrne), one of the bridesmaids, is a gorgeous but very arrogant character. Annie gradually loses her confidence because Helen offers much more sophisticated and romantic plans than her own. At last, Annie loses her mind and ruins her best friend’s engagement party. Now the long-year bond is at stake.

I love the characters in this film. Not only the three characters above( Annie, Lillian and Helen), but other members of bridesmaids are also funny and fabulous. For example, Megan( Melissa McCarthy) is a cute chubby lady, who lives in a relatively masculine way. She gets 9 puppy dogs as gift at Lillian’s party. ( I didn’t know the convention of giving a puppy dog to a guest before seeing this movie) My favorite character is Becca( Ellie Kemper). She is absolutely adorable. Her shining smile grabs my heart.

I give this film 5 stars!
